關於微嵐咖啡

微嵐咖啡是以台北為基地的小型家庭咖啡選品計畫， 挑選並引進世界各地獨立烘豆師的淺焙作品， 以限量 Drop 的方式在台灣分享，選品偏好風味乾淨、表現清晰的咖啡。

我們的故事

微嵐咖啡的起點，是 Andrew 在舊金山參與精品咖啡社群的那段時間。

那裡的人樂於分享優秀烘豆師的作品、交流沖煮方式，也會一起討論杯中的風味。 真正讓 Andrew 留下深刻印象的，是烘豆師如何透過精準的理解與手法， 讓每支咖啡呈現乾淨、自然又層次清楚的表現。

後來 Andrew 與太太 Sherry、兩個孩子和家裡的狗搬到台北， 他開始想念那種探索、分享與交流的氛圍。 Lightmist 因此成為 Andrew 與 Sherry 一起經營的小型家庭計畫。

我們怎麼選咖啡

每支咖啡都由原烘豆品牌完成烘焙。 Lightmist 負責選品與引進，再透過編號 Drop 於台灣少量發售。

我們偏好風味清晰、結構平衡，能在杯中清楚呈現產地與處理細節的淺焙作品。 同一批生豆在不同烘豆師手中也能有很不一樣的表現， 而這種詮釋正是 Lightmist 選品的一部分。

每次 Drop 都會在網站整理咖啡的產地、品種、處理法與風味資訊， 並在適合時補充養豆、沖煮與用水建議。 新品、上架與庫存消息會公布在網站，並透過 Instagram 分享更新。

Lightmist Coffee is a small, family-run coffee curation project based in Taipei. We select and import modern light-roast coffees from independent roasters around the world, releasing them in limited, numbered Drops in Taiwan.

Our story

Lightmist Coffee began with Andrew's years in the San Francisco specialty coffee community.

People there generously shared coffees from great roasters, compared brewing approaches, and talked through what they tasted in the cup. What stayed with Andrew was the precision with which a roaster could let each coffee taste clean, natural, and clearly defined.

When Andrew moved to Taipei with his wife Sherry, their two boys, and their dog, he missed that sense of discovery and exchange. Lightmist became a small family project run by Andrew and Sherry.

How we select coffee

Each coffee is roasted by the original roaster. Lightmist handles selection and import, then releases the coffee in small, numbered Drops in Taiwan.

We favor light roasts with clarity and balance, where the coffee's origin and processing come through clearly in the cup. The same green coffee can taste remarkably different from one roaster to another, and that interpretation is central to how we curate.

Each Drop page covers the coffee's origin, variety, processing, and tasting information, with resting, brewing, and water guidance where useful. New releases and availability are posted on the website, with updates shared on Instagram.

社群（TCG – Taipei Coffee Group）

Lightmist 與 TCG 共享同一種探索與交流精神，但兩者角色不同。 Lightmist 是 Andrew 與 Sherry 經營的咖啡選品計畫； TCG 則是以沖煮與咖啡交流為主的台北社群。

TCG 成員分享沖煮實驗、配方、用水與其他咖啡相關想法。 Lightmist 以社群一員的身分參與。

The community (TCG – Taipei Coffee Group)

Lightmist and TCG share the same spirit of exploration and exchange, but they have different roles. Lightmist is the coffee curation project run by Andrew and Sherry. TCG is a Taipei community centered on brewing and coffee discussion.

Members share brew experiments, compare recipes, discuss water, and exchange other coffee ideas. Lightmist participates as one member of the community.
